OnlyTheSiah is a hip-hop/pop/emo rap artist whose music reflects a deep, unfiltered journey through pain, healing, and rebirth. Originally from Oklahoma City and now based in Minnesota, his sound is shaped by a lifelong connection to music—from early influences like Mac Miller to the emotional transparency of artists like Honestav.
After losing his father to a drug overdose at 16, Josiah turned to music as a lifeline. Diagnosed with bipolar disorder and ADHD, he channels his experiences with mental health and grief into honest, melodic storytelling that resonates with those facing similar struggles. Each track becomes a space for empathy, reflection, and resilience.
Having left Baltimore and stepped into a new chapter, OnlyTheSiah has redefined not only his sound but his entire outlook on life and art. With a raw, evolving voice and a clear purpose, he makes music for the misfits, the hurting, and the healing—offering a voice to those who often go unheard.
